The Mergon Global Graduate Excellence Program was launched in 2015 in Mergon International and we were delighted to expand it to Mergon Corporation and Mergon Czech in September of this year. The purpose of the program is to hire high calibre engineers in each of the 3 countries building technical and cross site knowledge in multiple functional areas.
