Mergon is dedicated to achieving Total Customer Satisfaction and a Value Added Customer Partnership. Quality, precision and reliability are essential to our customers, particularly for high-risk components such as fuel tanks or medical devices. The objective of our quality assurance processes is to ensure that only high quality products that meet customer requirements are delivered to our customers on time and to budget.

We have integrated the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework into our quality management system. All manufacturing sites are accredited to ISO9001:2000 with ISO TS 16949: 2002 being implemented. We are also certified to ISO 13485 (for medical device production) and ISO 14001 (environmental management system).

Continuous Improvement activities are carried out using proven quality tools and methods including Six Sigma while Kaizen activities guide the division in its pursuit of Total Quality
