Our products have to meet a range of demanding requirements. Customers expect high quality products with a long service life. In a most sectors we also have to meet specific standards and regulatory requirements e.g the safety requirements for components produced for the healthcare sector.
To assist in meeting these requirements we automate testing and quality assurance steps throughout the production process, starting with the initial design phase all the way through to manufacturing. Tests include operations tests, materials testing, reliability and durability tests, and testing of 3rd party components.
Mergon is certified to ISO 9001 (quality management), IS14001 (environmental management system) and ISO 13485 (medical device production) and we have integrated the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework into our quality processes.
