Our materials research team is constantly looking for materials that match our customers products and applications. We evaluate a broad range of characteristics including thermoplastic properties, safety, strength, ductility, barrier properties, weight and cost.

Mergon continually evaluates materials as potential replacements for metals and engineered plastics. In addition, the company has introduced recycled High Density Polyethylene on a number of products in an effort to reduce costs to the customer and to benefit the environment.
