30 years and significant investment in research and development have placed Mergon at the forefront of plastics production. We have developed expertise in each element of the production process, from engineering materials at the beginning of the process through to robotic finishing and automated assembly.

Our processes include automated assembly, welding, labelling and printing. We also provide various forms of surface enhancement processes as well as robotic finishing. Enhancements include in-mould application of fabrics and painting, and in-mould de-flashing and in-mould cutting of lost heads.
